Which accompanying measures are necessary for the renovation of the damp house?

Subsequent damage of the moisture contamination – such as falling plaster, wall damage, salt efflorescence, mould and mildew can be removed after the drying process without any difficulty.

It is important to remove salty old plaster completely. Otherwise the salt draws the water again. However, during the drying phase the plaster be left on the wall. The salt draws additional water from the walls and so supports the drying process. This is called “preliminary plaster”.

Dried remains of mould and fungus spores have to be removed largely or contained so that they are air-tight. Although the dry pores are biologically ineffective, they are still unhealthy.

When can the redevelopment of the plaster be started?

During the drying phase there will often be a temporary increase of superficial wall moisture. This happens when the diverted water from the Cobra-field cannot run off below, it is then pushed out through the wall surface. As long as it is not clear to what extent this phenomenon appears in your building, a renovation might not be advisable.

Our technician checks the process of the drying phase by analyzing the wall moisture and by surveying the overall building condition and will advise you accordingly. It is advisable to wait for some time before beginning the plaster renovation.

How long the effect of Cobra systems is lasting?

The instrument does not contain any mechanical or electronic parts. Therefore its lifetime is theoretically unlimited. As long as the energetic conditions in the building do not change and the instrument is not damaged, the effect will remain completely.

Under which circumstances a readjustment of the resonator is necessary?

This can be necessary if the energetic structure of the soil (water veins) is changed. Reasons for this could be for example:

• Excavation of foundation nearby

• Tectonic changes

• intervention in the surrounding ecological system (clearings of forest, diversions of rivers)

• Change in climate (changes of rainfall)

What happens if Cobra is removed after the drainage of the building is completed?

The system keeps the rising damp out of the wall by keeping it inside the soil with its down pointing energy field. If the system is removed – and with it its field of influence - again water will get into the house and it will be damp once again.

The Cobra generator does belong to a fixed stock of a house like a heating system and other installations. Accordingly it is laid out(?) for a lifelong effectiveness.

Can I recieve the Cobra generator by mail-order business and install myself?

The effect of the system is depending on the energies coming out of the soil. If the resonator is not installed at the most energetic spot of the house his effect and the process of the drainage is incomplete. For this reason the equipment need to be installed one of our trained and certified experts. An installation carried out by other persons will take place in your own responsibility.
